Pricing

You receive a clear price before we start loading. Most jobs are quoted by how much space your items take in our truck, plus any extra labor or disposal fees that apply.

How we price a typical pickup

We follow the same general idea you see from national junk removal brands: a minimum charge for very small loads, then pricing by truck volume as the load grows.

Free estimate

Describe your items or send photos. We explain how we will price the job and schedule a time that works for you.

No obligation to book.

Volume pricing

For most multi-item jobs, your total depends on how much of the truck bed your junk fills, from a small stack up to a full load.

We confirm the price on site before we touch your items.

Single items

Sometimes one appliance, one sofa, or one mattress is all you need removed. When that applies, we may use a simple single-item rate instead of volume pricing.

Ask when you call.

Truck volume guide

Use this table to describe your load over the phone. Dollar amounts change with fuel, disposal, and labor; we quote exact numbers for your address and items.

Load size What it usually means
Minimum Very small piles, one or two light pieces, or a quick sweep-out.
1/8 to 1/4 truck A few furniture pieces, small appliance, or several bags and boxes.
1/2 truck Half a garage worth of mixed items, or a medium renovation pile.
3/4 to full truck Large cleanouts, estate piles, or heavy mixed construction debris.

What can change the price

  • Stairs, long carries, or tight access that slow loading
  • Extra weight (dense materials, wet yard waste)
  • Disposal surcharges for specialty items when landfills or recyclers charge more
  • Distance inside your property if items are spread across multiple buildings

We explain any add-on before we begin so you can approve the total.
